Gift Card Terms

In case you have a physical gift card to redeem, please email us on social@voycejewellery.com, with your name and event where you received the gift card. We will respond within 1-2 business days with the ways to redeem. All other other terms and conditions are the same as that for digital gift cards (as below)

1. The owner of this gift card is entitled to purchase from www.voycejewellery.com

2. This gift card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. At the expiry of this validity period, the card cannot be renewed, reactivated, or used to purchase any items. No unused balance can be claimed.

3. All gift cards can be used only once, and must be redeemed for its full value.

4. This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. We reserve the right to reject any gift card that we suspect may have been used or tampered with.

6. If the invoice value is greater than the gift card value, the client must pay the balance amount.

7. This gift card is non-transferable and cannot, in part or in whole, be exchanged for cash or credit or refunded. 

8. Voyce is not responsible for gift cards lost, stolen or inactivated.
