Exchanges and Returns
India - Exchanges:
- We are committed to quality and all your VOYCE jewelry is carefully inspected before dispatch. Given all jewelry is handmade, some imperfections are by design and not defects. If, however, you notice any damage or in case of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you.
- Please reach out to us using our contact number, "Contact Us" form or email us directly at support@voycejewellery.com within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. For hygiene reasons, we don't offer any exchanges on purchases.
- Please note your exchange will be subject to additional charges based on the nature of the request.
India - Returns:
- Each purchase comes with a seamless 7-day return policy.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt through our contact number, "Contact Us" form or email us at support@voycejewellery.com. Our sincere request is to mention - "Returns - Order <number>" in the form to make this efficient! We will then do the rest for you. Against the return, you will receive store credit.
- Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
- We offer store credit against returns. We do not offer refunds.
International:
- We don't offer any returns or exchanges for any products purchased from us by international customers. All purchases are final.
